This was the cake I did for my boss, Chris, for her birthday. It was the first cake I did outside of my class for someone else. It was my present to her (and everyone else loved it, too!).
I have taken a couple of cake decorating classes and am improving with each cake! I love baking & decorating cakes; I find it very relaxing. I do cakes for people when asked and hope to eventually open my own cake decorating business!
A little personal info: I am married to my very supportive husband, Matt. We have a shih-tzu/bichon frise mix, Gracie.
